I had a really deep session with Rossi yesterday. I was feeling some vulnerability come up. He held me in a safe space, allowing me to explore the depths of where this vulnerability was coming from. He supported me as I delved into various childhood memories where I felt vulnerable. I was able to feel my anger and fear and understand how these emotions have affected me in social and professional settings, where I occasionally have a tendency to shut down and not speak.
Rossi had a good mix of letting me talk when needed and stopping me to really feel into my inner child's emotions. He guided me in regulating my nervous system when necessary.
Rossi is a compassionate and good listener, and I felt genuinely supported to fully feel and start healing that vulnerable part of myself. He held the space beautifully, and for the first time, I was able to express some forgotten pain from my childhood and begin to heal that pain through Rossi's guidance. For me, it felt more potent to express all my feelings around vulnerability to a fellow man, as this added another dimension of healing.

The reason why I came to Rossi was that I was lacking in confidence and being able to communicate effectively in a conversation.
Rossi has made me think about why I lack confidence and the conversational skills by asking questions of myself, and really getting to the bottom of my issues. He set me weekly tasks that allowed me to work on what we spoke about and gave me more confidence in general.
